Contract manufacturer Millmax offers filling and packaging services.
We can package liquid, powder or capsule products in various types of containers. For any box there is also the option of packaging with a label.
Our own R&D department can adapt a ready-made brand identity to the desired container or develop a new design from scratch.

Firstly, we check packaging specifications and pre-clean containers. Next, we prepare the product batch to meet quality standards, then fill containers accurately using automated or manual machines, monitoring for leaks or spills.
Secondly, we place and seal lids on the containers, apply correctly printed labels, and package labelled containers into primary units like boxes or blister packs, including any necessary inserts. These primary units are then placed into secondary containers for added protection.
Finally, we inspect the packaged products for defects, verify weight specifications, and conduct random quality tests. Finished products are stored appropriately until shipment. We coordinate with logistics partners for delivery and ensure all documentation meets regulatory requirements and is properly stored.
Container selection
We offer 38 packaging options for nutritional supplements, with the option to supply additional measuring spoons from 0.1 to 250 ml, compatible with the chosen container. If you require a bespoke solution, we can create a unique spoon to meet your specific needs.
